Mixed metaphors.  Linguistic ayahuasca.  Two lesser psychedelics combine.  Sum greater than parts.  And all hell breaks loose.  Figuratively.  Or hallucinogenically.  Though hopefully not hallucinogenically.  That'd be a bummer.

Anyway, a good example from a few days ago:

Drinking snake oil, hook, line, and sinker.  Makes me think of really ferocious tequila worms.
